I grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from, the University of Wisconsin. I have been living in Richmond, VA for the past 32 years. Originally I went to work for 3M, then helped start and new business with my boss from 3M, for a German entrepreneur. Having had success with this for a few years I made a career change to the hospitality industry and helped open 3 successful local restaurants. I possess very strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and am able to see the big picture evolve. I enjoy traveling, museums, reading and food from around the globe.
I was born in Richmond, Virginia and lived in Manassas, Virginia for five years. I have been back in Richmond for the past ten years. I have over twelve years experience in warehouse supervision. For the past three years I was co-owner of a residential and commercial cleaning company called Luv-2-clean. I would like get back into warehousing. I have good leadership and strong supervisory skills. I’m a hard worker, self-motivated and well organized. In my spare time I love spending time with my two beautiful daughters and listening to music.
I was born and raised in Pekin, Illinois. I have lived in Richmond for the past two and a half years. My most enjoyable jobs included working as a utility clerk in a grocery store, as a dietary aide, and in janitorial services. I have strong customer service skills. I’m a hard worker and very dedicated and I have been recognized for this by previous employers. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching sports on T.V. and spending time with family, and friends.
I am originally from Lynchburg, Virginia and moved to Halifax when I was six. I love sports, football and racing, but my passion is baseball. I was up for a pitching scholarship to Hampden Sydney but got injured in a practice and was not able to play. I continue to live my dream by coaching young kids, especially my nephew. I have been cutting hair for ten years, and I am really good with all of the tools of my trade. I love to see people smile after a good hair cut.
I am a Virginia native that returned here from Florida in 2008. I have always been a bit of an entertainer (I was a part-time lounge pianist for many years) and as a result hves spent over 25 years-- nearly my entire working life-- in the customer service/sales and marketing industries. I know the restaurant business from the ground up and have been in management and supervisory roles there and in retail. I have worked in all motifs from small intimate bistro settings to ballroom events serving 500 or more people.
I grew up in Lodi, N.J., a suburb outside of Manhattan, and moved to Richmond in 2001 because I was looking for a change. I love interacting with people and helping them achieve their goals. For the past few years, I worked at Strayer University in the financial aid department, and previously worked at Capital One in Human Resources. Before that, I owned and operated my own fitness center and had the opportunity to train 2 NBA players, 1 NFL player and numerous celebrities. I have very strong leadership and business management skills and a great work ethic. In my spare time, I love going to Church, watching sports and spending time with my family.
